1.Click on parks, recreation & the arts on the left
2.Click on Sports in the box on the left
3.Click on Sports Cancellations listed under General Sports in the middle
4.Go under Web Mail and click on Subscribe Now
5.Type in your email address in the space provided
6.Place a check next to the programs in which you would like to be included on the listserv – i.e. Indoor Sports – Status of all indoor sport activities or  Youth Baseball & Softball – Status of all Diamond Council games   1.   Then click on the Subscribe button   You can also put your 10 digit phone number @your cell phone

Parental Support Opportunities                                                     

Head Coach/Assistant Coach  – DCC will provide a coach’s clinic at the conclusion of the first coaches meeting. There are also coaches resources available on this site in  addition to those provided in the coaches handbook. 

Team Parent -  Team parents are a very valuable resource for a coach. They can organize a team treat/drink schedule. Team parents can also serve as calling trees so the coach does not have to call every player every time there is a practice or a change in schedule.

Special Events - Members help with the administrative tasks and on-sight duties for tournaments or other events.

Site Supervisors - Site supervisors help with the administrative tasks at the various regular season games.

Player Sponsorship -DCC provides many scholarships to children who otherwise would not be able to participate each year.  The cost of player sponsorship is $80.  You many use our team sponsorship form.

Team Sponsorship - The cost of a team sponsorship is $300 and provides t-shirt/jerseys, hats, and medals for players.  Sponsor’s logo will be silkscreened on the t-shirts of all players and coaches.  Sponsor logo and business information will be posted on DCC’s website
